"Austin was great!!! His communication and explanation of recommended solutions was like no other. He was tasked to fix an issue from previous plumber that would not come back to correct faulty install of spigot and water hydrant. Austin explained what happened with the previous installation and the below par accessories that the previous plumber used. Austin also installed water faucet , water line , trench, and installed French drain for outdoor sink that we had waited for the previous plumber to install for almost 2 years . We highly recommend Austin for his quality of work, professionalism, explanation of resolution and communication from first call to job completion! "The man that came out told me that he would not recommend flushing my water heater. I found it odd that they were offering that service if they don't recommend doing it. He seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job with the inspection. I also wanted him to switch my hook up from county water to well water. I had to pay extra for that, but that was fine."

"Well, the job is done, so at least I do not have the leaks problem. However, the company charges too much for their services. They charged me 526.44 for a faucet! The plastic P-trap 96.27 and so on. I paid total 1355.50 for the 2 1/2 hour job. Even if the plumbers are paid $200/hr (unlikely), the labor should not be more than $500. So this company will way overcharge you on the supplies."
