He was tasked to fix an issue from previous plumber that would not come back to correct faulty install of spigot and water hydrant. Austin explained what happened with the previous installation and the below par accessories that the previous plumber used. Austin also installed water faucet , water line , trench, and installed French drain for outdoor sink that we had waited for the previous plumber to install for almost 2 years . I was an out of state new home buyer that needed a bathroom remodel to accommodate my mom who is in a wheelchair and it needed to be completed before we moved in. FaceTime, text messages and phone calls were used to communicate and all were responded to in a timely manner, if needed. The hardwood flooring in the house was well protected.
