From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. His presentation of the windows kept me fully engaged, his enthusiasm about this company, it's growth and everyone there that keeps it growing. This shows a man that definitely believes in what he says. Payne wanted so badly for me to get these windows because he saw how bad mine was that he tried everything that he could including missing an appointment while waiting for my family to call back to help me. I really want to do business with this company, to have the person you are talking with believe in it so much, I will not even think of getting my windows done anywhere else. "Tom and Autumn were prompt in their availability to give an estimate and then install our window films. They are true professionals with both the windows that had easy access, as in our kitchen, and the windows needing a tall ladder, as above our front door and fireplace. Tom even went above and beyond by handing my husband the globes from our entry chandelier for cleaning and then he put them back up (we do not have a 16-ft. ladder!). We enthusiastically recommend them AND the difference the ECOFilm is making in reducing UV glare and heat without blocking some natural light!"
