"I hired Alex for the job of installing a large 72" recessed fireplace into the wall of my master bedroom. Initially I was going to go with Touchstone Sideline recessed electric fireplace. After calling roughly 5-7 surrounding fireplace businesses and spending over 5 hours on the phone to get continuously rejected for project and timeline, I got in touch with Alex at Queen City Fireplace. He came out the same day to look at the space, and assess the job. He recommended Dimplex fireplace instead, and I'm SO GLAD he did. Within 3 days the final job was done, and the fireplace couldn't be more Spectacular! Alex was punctual, knowledgeable, experienced, and worked diligently to get the job done RIGHT!
