"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
