"Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Initially it was to be a small job, just tile flooring - - when they took up the old floor then noticed the structural flooring was inadequate so they installed that also. Unfortunately, everything could not be done in one day and because it seems to be just the two of them it took several weeks for the job to be completed - - I will say they were very nice and professional and did a wonderful job.

"EXCELLENT! I couldn't have asked for a better team in Mike and Steve. They were top notch professionals and the quality of their work is flawless. I am so glad to have discovered them and will definitely hire them again for any future work. I have been referring them like crazy to anyone mentioning a home repair/remodel job. These guys have been working together for 20+ and have a great camaraderie with one another. They were fair and offered smart solutions and I felt extremely comfortable giving them my key so they could come and go while I remained at work. No issues. I highly recommend them. You go through Craftsman project manager to get to them and the responsiveness was a little slow, but not too bad considering they were super busy. Love working with this group.

"My microwave failed and, after a very rapid response and a complete evaluation by a technician, Choice Home Warranty decided it was better to replace it. I got a Lowe's debit card for a significant amount and acquired a brand new Microwave to replace our old one. "Charlie the owner came to our home to discuss giving us an estimate for building a garage. He is a good listener. We walked the property and he was very knowlegable about what could and could not be done. He sat down with us in the house and gave a most excellent explanation of the process that goes into the planning and execution of such a project. He then gave us a date when he would get a written estimate to us with further detail. The estimate arrived as promised. It was clear and precise. Our available resources had to be devoted to a non-construction project and thus we were unable to continue further with the construction project. However, our experience with Charlie was a most positive one and we would call on him in the future. We highly recommend him.
