Dan is a straight shooter, quick to provide an estimate, competitively priced, does quality work and finished the work on time (1 day early). The place looks fantastic after he finished. The bids I had received were all over the place and several of the other companies started way high and then magically reduced prices by 30-40% when they realized they were not in the running. This did not sit well with me and was one of the reasons I chose Ragan painting. Dan's price was extremely competitive from the start. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. All of the cleaning chemicals we use are environmentally safe, biodegradable and approved by OSHA. All crews carry material safety data sheets on each chemical, protecting all parties, especially YOU! B & R Services Belongs to the Power Washers of North America association and the International Window Cleaning Association, which has recognized us twice for exemplary professionalism, and conducted our High-Rise certification training. Also A part of the IICRC. Our employees are uniformed and receive extensive training in job safety. We try to bring an exceptional level of professionalism to our clientele. Because I had used Long before, I made the mistake of paying Jamie on a Friday afternoon. He said he would come back next day to complete job by moving furniture back onto the deck. He did not come; did not call. Needless to say, I had to struggle all day to drag furniture onto the deck and rely on others who would assist me. I am very .disappointed in Jamie Long and would not use him again."
