I am a 76 yr old female living alone. When taking the job Jamie said his crew would move furniture off deck into the yard. Because I had used Long before, I made the mistake of paying Jamie on a Friday afternoon. He said he would come back next day to complete job by moving furniture back onto the deck. He did not come; did not call. Needless to say, I had to struggle all day to drag furniture onto the deck and rely on others who would assist me. I am very .disappointed in Jamie Long and would not use him again.

The service was good and the work was done very well. They were prompt and were on time for the work.

I want to take the time to let you know what an excellent job you did on the exterior painting of our home. We did not experience a second of down time. Living out of town (Ohio) and having you keeping us up-to-date daily was greatly appreciated. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors as to how nice our home looks! By far the best painting contractor that I have ever used. Just wish that Jamie had an office in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Entire showed up in the morning and worked through the day to complete the paint job.

They were very prompt, arrived 10 minutes before they were scheduled and brought a whole crew of 9 and they worked both days to complete the job.  Jamie came with them on Monday to make sure they had all the colors correct and where to put them.  He also came back at the end to make sure everything was complete and clean.  They were very neat and cleaned up behind themselves.  I was very impressed with the details.

Jamie Long was very professional and well spoken. He gave me confidence in the services to be performed. Communication was good. I was not able to be there during the painting. I arrived at the condo a few days after completion and was quite disappointed at the sloppiness especially since the Angie's List ratings were very good. Found overspray on door hinges, area behind range was not painted, wall paint on ceilings, paint on my camp chair and hose spray, paint on ceiling fixture in bathroom etc. I called Jamie and he sent a crew to fix the issues. They worked about 4 hours to fix the issues. I gave a D rating because at the end the job was ok. Two other issues were the price and no discount for the Angie List referral. Jamie did tell me there would be a 40% up charge if multiple coats were required but he was confident we would only need one coat. He charged me an additional $1000 for an extra coat of paint. While some walls may have required two coats, I am sure everything was not painted twice. Also he advertises a 5% discount for Angie's List referral that I did not receive. I hate giving bad reviews but felt it necessary to share my experience.

Long's has been used by our HOA for at least the six years that I have owned in our development.

Continued use of his services is a strong indication that we are quite pleased with his work.

He works within our limited budget and the only thing affecting his punctuality is the weather.

His workers are very conscientious and neat in their work.

The workman was very professional and did a complete job. He several times verified with me that I was satisfied with each portion of the job as he completed it. I could not have been happier with his work and the completed job.
