He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. Hoping I never have to have such foundation work ever done again, but will certainly call Mount Valley again, if I do!"

"Jeremy and Austin were pleasant, engaging, hardworking, and competent workers for HydroHelp911. They arrived on Monday and started working immediately. They had to remove wet insulation, rotted floor joists, and replace piers and add jacks. They showed me pictures of their work in progress and asked me if I had questions and explained the answers clearly. They installed a French Drain and added a vapor barrier. Even though the time allotted to complete all their jobs was 10 days, they completed everything in 6 days and cleaned up everything from my yard.
