Steven Way, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy on any services I may need done. So much so that he even has a key to let himself and crews into the house to take care of my desires while I’m away. If there are any subcontractors required, Steven is always there overseeing the project. At all times I’m kept informed as to the progress of the job. This is done verbally and with pictures. Upon completion I get a detailed invoice with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Redfish Builder for any of your renovation needs!"

They show up when they tell you and do the high quality work you're envisioning without complaints. Old-school craftsmanship (and I know it when I see it) these guys do great work. "i have used Shane services for close to a decade now and have never been disappointed with him or his work. He Built my 2nd story back deck, cut out and framed an interior wall window, installed glass panels in my kitchen cabinents, cleaned and installed gutter guards on my rain gutters. he has also installed outdoor flood lights and 3 way electrical outdoor light switches and outdoor outlet. He has also installed ceiling fans and a chandelier in the foyer with a cathedral ceiling. Shane has installed a bathroom toilet and kitchen sink. in fact he stayed until 9:30 pm that night to finish the job right. he also stayed until 10pm one other night in the pouring rain on the roof fixing a leak. He always goes above and beyond what you would expect. The bridge you see in his photo album is the bridge he built for me in the back yard and I have been extremely happy with his craftsmanship not only with the bridge but with everything he has done for me. I will never call for another contractor. Shane is reliable, trustworthy, talented and hard working. I never let anyone in my house unless I'm home except for Shane. I have total trust and faith in him and my dogs also love him. he is great with them and treats them as if they are his own. Shane has become not only my contractor but a true friend."

"Jonathan Saylor was on time,respectfully knocking on my door, announcing arriving and departing. He was kind and easygoing. He kept me updated on progress. Asked my opinions, never assuming. Work was done correctly the first time and on time. Jonathan adhered to our signed contract. I’m widowed and alert to people trying to take advantage. These things are important; I had a different contractor in the Fall who failed in all aspects and made for a dismal experience. I’ve already recommended him to 2 people and will have him back to remodel my kitchen. Excellent company!"

"Junior Green and his Clean Hands Painting and Construction crew did an excellent job saving our screened in porch. We had a contractor who had spent 11 months (yes 11 months) installing a screened in porch and he was simply not able to finish the job. We became fed up and found Junior and he was promptly out to review the work and recommend how to fix it. He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. In addition to his knowledge of good construction practice he also made our porch look beautiful. Hats off to Junior and his crew for amazing construction work as well as stepping in and redesigning our porch for beauty and longevity. --Doug Young"

"John was very professional from start to finish, as were the associates he employs. He was prompt, thorough and went beyond expectations to present a beautiful turn-key job. What started out as small repairs, quickly turned into a massive project removing wall mirrors, rotted siding, flooring, insulation, floor joists, and roofing. All of this was at such a reasonable price, and he earned my complete trust. He made me aware every step of the way, workers were respectful and cleaned up daily. They are my Forever Contractors!"

"The contractor took time to come to my home and spend ~30 min to look at the job, but never responded with an estimate.  Also never responded after multiple attempts to contact them about when an estimate would be available, well over a month after the initial visit.  If you are too busy to provide services, don't waste my time coming out in the first place, please.

-UPDATE: The company contacted us and apologized.  The individual that came out apparently does not work there anymore.  I would be OK to give them a second chance, as they seem to have good reviews.
