I had several contractors in for a restoration project after a water heater busted, requiring a lot of work on the walls, carpet, etc. My paralegal, who was there for all of the contractors coming in and out, said that Sanchinelli was the best! He had great attention to detail, took his time, and you could tell he took pride in his work. Would definitely recommend."

"After looking for someone to repair a porch that was collapsing on a rental property, I found DLB Construction. Dwayne was incredibly easy to work with, gave us a quote that was fair and did work in a timely manner. I live out of state from where the property is, but Dwayne made it easy to manage the project. Once we agreed on a price, he and his team were out at the house and repaired the porch in a timely manner, making it look brand new in the process. Would work with them again, without hesitation."
