Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. "Service tech Adam Canter did a check on our three year old Tar Heel crawl space encapsulation and found that the sump pump had stopped working. He quickly replaced the pump no charge. Adam was very knowledgeable and suggested there maybe excess humidity in our attic due to our dark metal roof. That Adam went out of his way to explain how this might be a problem was impressive.
