I was elated! the service from sales, Mort, to customer service, to the insaller David M and his team mate was great. The job was completed in 1 day and the clean up was really good too. "I've had a leak in my yard 3 times in the past; Mckenzie's Plumbing has been there to help every time. The last 2 times they were there within hours. I had them replace the pipe from the meter to the house this time so hopefully I won't have to call them back. By the way this last time I was in FL when I called, they called me back several times to keep me informed and contacted my tenant by phone to insure that they would be there when the work was done. I would use them again if needed and recommend them to everyone.

"I have had several experiences with Blanton.’s over the past few years. I have been very pleased with their employees, teams, and, particularly, their overall business practices. Having had 2 basement floods in the past few years caused by hairpin holes in the pipes. They did a great job repairing/replacing all of my pipes, some electrical work, and HVAC, all in a timely and safe manner. The technicians would give descriptions and probable time/costs their tasks would require. They were polite! Only late yesterday afternoon, I called them to tell of a leak under my kitchen sink. "Had both bathrooms remodeled by taking one piece shower and tub out and replacing with tile showers with glass doors. In one of the bathrooms, I also had the vanity and linoleum floor replaced with a new vanity with marble top, and laminate vinyl flooring. Billy did an excellent job on all of it and what I really like is that he only works on your project at one time so he doesn't leave you hanging two or three days while he goes off to work on someone else's job. I would hire him again."
