"Felt rushed to approve the work and pay the balance. Discovered multiple issues later. Just inside the door there's a rock they missed, so now it's under the plastic, which will sooner or later puncture through. I asked for a better door than the one the first installed, but the second was also poorly made and didn't come close to sealing. Called/talked to someone about the issues, but afterward they stopped returning my calls. They also left lots of debris on the ground. The inspection didn't pass for multiple reasons. Waiting for them to come back and address the issues the inspector found. Update: THBS did follow up and fix the issues. They constructed a new crawlspace door that seals, which was the biggest issue. They took out the problematic rock. The inspection passed."

"Matt, the owner. Is disrespectful and "always out of town". We were quoted for a deck remodeling and a screened porch. Told it would take 6-8 months. 46 months later it was finished. I highly recommend you keep looking. His crew (the builders, did do a great job), but the unprofessionalism of Matt is the reason I leave this post. I have the screenshots of his texts to me and my wife. Oh, and don't let him use your outlets, if his crew blows them he will question them to begin with."

"If zero stars were an option that is what I would have selected. Let me start by saying when you have to hire another person to come and do excavation work to come to fix the work of the first excavation company, that should be all you need to know. We hired Sergio to remove several trees from our backyard. Doing so required removing a section of our fence. He damaged our septic before he ever started working but he fixed that and we moved on. I wish we had stopped there. He and his guys proceeded to remove more trees from our yard than originally planned… this I can understand as mistakes and realizing they didn t know what they were doing for tree removal. If this was all that happened we could have wrapped up and been done. HOWEVER, he showed the issue was not simply a mistake but blatant disregard for me or my neighbor's properties. He took down my neighbors fence WITHOUT permission and removed two trees from his yard WITHOUT permission (I still have no idea why this happened). He damaged several areas of my fence which I am still waiting 6 months later for him to have repaired (the job started in May he claims he will send someone to do the repair on Nov 26th). He repeatedly has sent his workers to my property to work when I have explicitly told him they were not allowed to come. He is not allowed to work on my property without me being present per our HOA now that they have witnessed the carelessness of his crew making a total mess of our street and damaging, my siding, gate, fence, and showing blatant disregard for my neighbors. I would not rehire this company. Please look elsewhere."

"They have deceptive business practices where they inflate their billing to your insurance company for services they did not perform and threatened try to place lines on your property instead of adjusting the billing for the work they did perform. If this company comes to your home beware. The will subject you to scrutiny from your insurance company due to their overbilling. They stacked my wood floors against my wall and the damage is still there. They left debris in my yard. They will not admit nor correct their errors."

"Super happy with Dan and Steve! Managed the process from start to finish and stayed within the budget or discussed options and variances ahead of time. Also, came up with creative ideas and scratch built some finish solutions. Crews did good work. Used all the trades, including framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, siding, flooring, etc. Planning to hire for my next project in the next 12 months."
