They were very good. I was very happy with them. They were professional. They told me before hand how much it would cost, how much they charge. They are pretty honest. They don't deserve anything bad that makes me think otherwise. I think I called other places and the price was about the same, so it was average. I don't recall they were late or anything. I think I used them before.

They were a little late arriving but once they arrived they did an excellent job. They also cleaned up afterwards very thoroughly.

The girl that responded to my phone call was very pleasant and helpful. We set up an agreeable date and time. Two men arrived on the date and time we'd agreed on and they were both very professional. They went straight to work, explained what they were doing, and asked if I had any questions. They spoke Portuguese when they were away from me, but when they were with or near me they spoke perfect English. They finished, cleaned up their work area, asked me to check and make sure I approved and I couldn't be more pleased!

I found Air Care Specialists on Angie's List about two years ago, and they have been taking care of my A/C unit since. We knew the unit/s days were numbered, but they were very helpful keeping it running for 2 years. Today, it finally had to be replaced. Debbie (the owner) is AMAZING. She is so caring and knowledgeable. I upgraded the A/C and the install went flawlessly. It's running beautifully and my house is cool. Had fans running all over the house last summer!! The workers are friendly and professional. I am very happy with their work and I will continue to use this company to maintain my new A/C.

It was fine. They charged me more because I had more vents than were on the thing. The work was fine. I can't really see what they did. It took 4 hours I think but I don't really remember. They were clean. They were polite.

Great! Arrived on time, was very polite, explained what was going on and what needed to be done to correct the issue. He will be returning to complete work that needs to be done. We were very satisfied and look forward to working with the company again. Would highly recommed.

Jorge-1 and Jorge-2 came on time for our appointment. Both Professional Technicians walked us through what they would be doing room-to-room. They unloaded their equipment, covered all our affected surfaces with drop cloths. They were always showing us what they saw and showed us the TV inspection. They found one place where the duct work was perforated and they repaired and replaced that area. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable and personable. At no time did we feel that they were doing work that was unnecessary. This is important for seniors. It took both technicians around 5-hrs to take off the vents, clean and wash the vents, TV the duct work, repair the perforated duct, clean the ducts, sanitize the ducts, clean the A.C intake vent, and finally replace all the vents. The quality of work was perfect. The price was very reasonable for what had to be done and the time it took was really less than we thought. We were very impressed not only with Jorge-1 and Jorge-2, but Debbie who set up the appointment too. We would contact them again.

The office called quickly to schedule. George arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining everything. The cleaning went well. They covered up areas that could potentially potentially get dirty. He also explained other opportunities to clean the air conditioner. Very complete, professional services. Will definitely use again.

Air Care Specialist installed a brand new A/C unit in my house 12/2015. Within one month, they had to come out because the unit stopped blowing cold air. Within 6 months, they had to come yet again because the unit stopped blowing cold air. At this point, I was told if I purchased a maintenance agreement that would cover this repair. Unit was still under warranty, but foolishly I purchased agreement anyway. One year and one week after installation of brand new unit, it stops working once again. Technician comes out and performs second maintenance under my yearly agreement, and tells me that the fan motor is burned out and would cost me $350 labor. I understand there is a year warranty, however, it took them a month after original installation to get a properly functioning unit. After explaining to Debbie that the labor was only one year and one week old, not counting the fact that the unit really wasn't properly working until a month after original installation, they gave me $50 off but still charged $300. After spending money on a new unit, I didn't expect to have to have service on 3 separate occasions within a year, let alone having to pay any labor. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that the technicians were pleasant. I would not recommend this company based on their poor ability to stand by their product and installation.

Excellent Service by Professionals! The quote was fast and everything was done on time and as requested. New system is flawless - no problems at all.

I feel that they did an excellent job, especially for the price paid. We had 49 vents and although I felt the service was a little pricey, we definitely received the service we paid for. The technicians were professional and made sure they finished the large job in one day. After cleaning each duct, they handwashed the vents and made sure to vacuum/sweep up any dust that fell on the floor, so my house still looked clean afterwards. They even inspected our a/c units as included in the service and gave me great feedback with a very reasonable quote! I will for sure be continuing to use their services.

A/C went down over the weekend and although Air Care is not open on the weekend they called me back first thing Monday morning. They sent Jorge who arrived right on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem quickly and had the problem fixed within an hour. Jorge determined the capacitor was not working and fixed it. Additionally, Jorge did not try to up-sale us or give us a dire warning about the A/C unit and the need to replace it. Jorge was great and I found the whole experience to be pleasant.

FANTASTIC!

They were very good. They did a lot of work. They were great. They did a lot of work to get the air conditioner cleaned. Even though this is an apartment, I have allergy issues and I needed them to really make sure that everything was clean. Even though it cost more than I had wanted it to - which I'm sure was equal to everybody else - I just needed to have it done because I changed from an apartment that was yucky and they did a very good job.

I've used Air Care Specialists before, and I've always found them to be an excellent company to deal with. Debbie, who answers the phone, is very professional and a pleasure to talk to (even though I called several time... and she didn't even get annoyed with me). I had several questions, and she answered all of them. You are just awesome, Debbie...thanks a million! Jorge came a little later than was scheduled, but he called me to let me know when he was on his way. After I saw all the time he took with me, I can understand that he can get a little backed up on the previous job. He was very apologetic, but it was OK. He checked everything out and explained everything he was doing. Where he found problems, he took pictures with his cell phone to show me what he was seeing (dontcha just love technology?) and explained my options in great detail. We discovered that the thermostat was not working properly, and he had a replacement in his truck and changed it out in a few minutes. He was just wonderful, very professional and informative, and I appreciated the time he took with me to make sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend this company. I will need a new A/C in the near future, as my unit is aging and not so efficient, and I definitely will be purchasing the unit from Air Care when the time comes. I've had a lot of bad experiences with other local companies, so I really appreciate the professionalism and caring that this company gives it's customers.
