Mart Gordon 336-362-5548 Jeff Slaughter 336-613-6141 We saved a lot by removing all appliances and old cabinets ourselves. We took care of the plumbing for the kitchen sink, refrigerator water/ice maker and dishwasher. June 13, 2013: remodeling specialists arrived on time and installed subfloor to cover existing floor that was 30 years old. They used carpet adhesive on the subfloor prior to laying the vinyl down. All corners and edges were PERFECT! My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new floor!!! Labor charge for floor: $418.60 The specialists were extremely nice and explained in detail what they were going to do step by step. We highly recommend Immaculate Builders for any type of custom building and renovations. They design/build/restore and are licensed general contractor & remodeling specialists.
June 20, 2013: remodeling specialists arrived on time and began work right away. Very friendly guys. They installed the cabinets. We are had Denver Hickory cabinets installed which are so beautiful. They built a base (raised level with bottom of sink cabinet) for corner dead space for pan storage. They put crown molding on top of the cabinets which looks real good. Labor charge for cabinets installation: $617.57. We are pleased with our new cabinets, they look great. We recommend Immaculate Builder's for any type of remodeling/restoring/designing.

He arrived early with his crew and machinery. He is extremely personable and strives to give you exactly what you want, even if you're not quite sure what it is. He personally designed our stamped and colored, kidney \"swimming pool\" shaped patio. When the concrete arrived he supervised and worked alongside his crew to pour, spread, stamp, and personally colored the concrete. At one point we had to wait for another cement truck to arrive. He did not take this opportunity to rest, but continued to lay forms and do whatever work he could possibly do, while waiting. He works like a Man on a Mission, who has no time to waste. He is an absolute Perfectionist! My family could not have been happier with the results! That afternoon our neighbor came by and was completely stunned at the color and beauty. She even asked if they were real flagstones! Her father was with her, and he was equally impressed. My neighbor, who was so impressed, screamed, \"Daddy, I want one!\". After 6 years, not a single crack has appeared at any point in the entirety of the work. It looks just as beautiful, with the rose colored, stamped flagstones, as the day they were poured. I could not give a Higher Recommendation to any contractor I have ever worked with, including our Home builder, with whom we were very pleased. "Better than I could have expected. Don was very easy to work with - friendly and professional with no high pressure tactics like many use - and I felt the pricing was very fair. The move was on one of the hottest days, yet the movers remained cheerful and polite, and respectful of me and my belongings. It’s rare to see anyone working as hard as they did and especially in such heat and humidity, taking only a couple short breaks to cool off and drink some water. They never once complained or slowed down and worked well together to quickly get everything loaded without incident. They asked me questions along the way to be sure they were treating my furniture the way I wanted, carefully wrapping items to prevent scratches. At the end of a long drive their work ethic and positive attitudes were still intact. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a move."

My name is Melodi. I am grateful to be blessed with the ability to clean, clear clutter and create organizational systems for those who are not gifted in that area. In addition to being a natural clutter buster, I am also extremely gifted in the areas of: spacial management and curation, creative problem solving, design and color theory, art installation, handy (wo)man projects, intuitive counseling, compassionate listening, as well as all kinds of other random, fun skills and abilities. In a nut shell, I'm a Jill of all trades. I have been clutter busting and cleaning for other people for fun as long as I can remember. I was the magical ten year old that came over for a play date and ended up cleaning out your child's closet and organizing all of her barbie doll clothes. It has taken me until the age of 31 to realize that what I did for fun as a child is actually one of my true callings in life. I am still driven by the same innate desire to help myself and others realize that we are all loved and that we all deserve clean, clutter free, stress free environments to create, play, work and rest in. My services are NOT intended to promote, facilitate or enable perfectionism. For example; If you are looking for a personal organizer to whisk your home into perfection so you can finally host the neighborhood holiday party and show everyone just how “put together you are”, then I am not the gal for you. I can not fix or change your life for you. You are the only person that can change your life. I can give you love, support, guidance and the tools that may or may not help you make that decision for yourself. I am not going to pressure you or make you get rid of anything that you are not ready to part with. If you just toss everything out with out processing it first, then you will likely re-accumulate loads more of clutter within a few weeks or months and be right back where you started. The root of physical clutter is mental clutter. I approach my work based on this idea and I do it with a loving, nonjudgmental presence. It is important to me to help you cultivate compassion and understanding for your self and your clutter, no matter how large or small the pile is. It is there for a reason and that is ok. You don't have to beat your self up over it any longer. You are not your clutter. You are a wonderful person full of love and light and your clutter has just stopped by to deliver you some messages, and when you get them it will go away. Your clutter is like a credit card company that calls you constantly to pay your past due bill. Your house is the voice mail box and your clutter has left you a message in it. If you delete the messages with out listening to and responding to them (toss everything in the dump with out a second thought), then, like an angry bill collector, your clutter will call you over and over again, leave more messages and fill up your voice mail box once again. When you let this angry bill collector fill up your voice mail box, then you don't have any space for the new, fun, exciting messages that the universe is so desperately trying to send you. I am here to help you take a deep breath and gather the courage to listen to those messages with an open mind and heart so that you can begin to release the physical attachments that no longer serve you as well as the negative thought patterns that have been holding you back in your life.

FAQs for interior design and decorating projects in Sharpsburg, NC
Most interior designers have at least a four-year degree, if not an advanced degree in interior design. Additionally, many states require interior designers to be licensed. If your state does not require licensing, interior designers can take a licensing exam with the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Overall, licensing requirements vary from state to state, but most licenses require certain education levels and experience to qualify. To check the qualifications of your interior designer, use Angi’s state licensing tool.
The difference between an interior designer and an interior decorator is that the interior decorator focuses on the space’s colors, furniture, art, and finishes. An interior designer goes beyond that to plan and execute layouts, structural changes, and overall functionality in addition to aesthetics that the decorator manages. We recommend hiring an interior designer for major remodeling projects and hiring an interior decorator to establish or enhance your home’s interior style.
On average, hiring an interior designer costs about $8,200, ranging from $200 to $65,000, depending on where you live, the size of your home, and the type of decor. The total price tag of interior design services is based on whether they provide consultation and implementation as well as any specialty design services, such as home staging or digital design mock-ups. Residential interior designers typically charge an hourly rate of $50 to $200 per hour, or up to $500 per hour in areas with high demand.
Hiring an interior designer is often worth the investment, especially for larger projects beyond DIY interior design and project management skills. However, the decision to hire an interior designer depends on your budget and the size of the project. Some benefits of hiring an interior designer include:
Realizing the best layout and decor for optimal functionality of the space for your taste, budget, and lifestyle
Managing your project to keep the job on track and within budget
