"Customer, you purchased 2 designs from us, one for kitchen, one for a bath. Yes at the time the deal was run we were swamped with work, so it took a little longer than we like to get back your drawings. The kitchen renderings were very nice and detailed. It was a good interpretation of what we felt would work in the space. Something completly different than what you currently have, and accomodated opening up the space. The drawing was nice, ang the quote was fair. The bath design functioned in the size of the space. Will it actually work? We havent the faintest clue as we are a cabinet company, and not a bath contractor. I understand that $50 is a steal for designs, this is why you purchased 2. But geeze folks, get a little background info on the company you are purchasing from. With a name like Oliver Cupboards Fine Cabinetry, I would think it would click that we are a cabinet company only. Please take the time to read our profile, and look at past projects. If this would have happened, I dont feel you would have purchased a bath design also. Prospective customers please be aware, we will not honor specials anymore for bath designs, and will direct you back to angies list for a refund."

"Customer, this is a design. A design is simply an interpretation of what we feel would work in the space. The vanity you suggested will not work in your bath space and I informed you of this straight away. I tried to include what was discussed In the drawings. Yes my interpretation of what was relayed to me was used in the drawings. Again this is my interpretation of what you relayed to me. The vanity a alone would have been overwhelming for the space so a more suitable solution was provided. We did not provide pricing for your bath as we are a cabinet and furniture company and do not perform bath remodels. Any prospective customers looking to purchase a design special for bath remodels, please be aware we will no longer honor bath designs and will direct you to Angie's list for a refund of your purchase. It is outrageous that a bath design, something that we DO NOT DO, is giving us a bad name. Please read our profile, and company name before purchasing a design package. We sincerely apologize for your disappointment, and wish you luck finding a contractor whose area of focus is bathrooms."

"Customer, after redrawing your bathroom 3 times, I feel we more than kept our part of the deal. We did refuse to redraw a fourth time as there was no chance of us taking on your project. We are a cabinet company. I am aware that the deal run was for ONE kitchen or bath design. We did not provide pricing for the bathroom due to the fact that we are a cabinet company. For any prospective customers considering purchasing a special for a bath remodel, please be aware that we will not honor the deal for bath remodel any longer, and will direct you back to Angie's List for a refund."

"Customer, the design was never resent after 3/3, you didnt find it until a later date. Never spoke to me to say it wasnt recieved, and didnt respond to my emails, or messages through angies list message center, so we felt it was a wash. Please also realize that 5 minutes into our meeting you had to run out the door to the hospital, so we were left with your husband speculating on what he thought you wanted to change in the kitchen. The only thing that was not included in thevdrawing that was relayed to us was an island. Due to the very odd shape of the kitchen, there was not room for an island. This was explained to you. You were given the extended cabinetry that you asked for. The microwave also did not disappear, it was placed above the wall oven"

"Customer, please understand you purchased 1 design, and wanted us to design the kitchen, bar, 2 baths and a laundry. We provided the kitchen only, and in the orientation you specified. Im sorry you were not satisfied with what was provided But expected us to givevway more than what was purchased"

"Hey, my apologies again. The only contact we receiver from you was through Angie's list. We were never directly emailed. The design was sent in January, and attempted twice more. We came to the realization that the email address was incorrect. The program we use for design work is limited for baths, as our focus is on cabinetry. Please also realize that when we spoke, there was no real change taking place in the bath. You wanted to keep the cabinets, keep the tub, and wanted to remove the fiberglass shower and put a tile shower in its place and tile the floors. There was not much more to show in the drawings. I again apologize for the drawings not being received but was not made aware until the end of February."
