What impressed us most was that he knew the trades and could do a lot of the work himself. He didn't hesitate to pick up a nail gun or a shovel to get something done quicker. In otherwords, he is a hands-on contractor who can fill in and isn't totally dependent on subs.
Also, when it came to the subs, he seemed to know many of them personally and had a good relationship with them.
I have to mention that this project was a complete renovation of an historic home. Dave was very careful to complete the small details such as choosing moldings and designs to blend in with the historic nature of the house.
All phone calls and texts were answered quickly.
We would definitely use him again.
