"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. "I hired Joshua Home Repair to install a new kitchen sink faucet, install a grab bar in my half bathroom, and to apply a sealant to my wood furniture on the front porch. Joshua and his assistant did a thorough and complete job for all projects. Installations were done according to plan and instructions and my porch furniture is ready for the upcoming summer, fall, and winter weather. Joshua and his assistant cleaned up all trash and carried it away. They were both courteous and respectful of me and my home. They actually looked at what I had and envisioned an affordable, more aesthetically-pleasing look for my little house. I have never been excited over windows before, nor realized how a change in the layout can affect its appearance. I definitely recommend them. I only gave them a 4.5 for work quality, because one of the windows were mis-measured and had to be reordered. Otherwise 5s all the way!"

"Joseph Donabella was the handyman that came and fixed my front door. I have not been able to use my deadbolt for years. Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."
