When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

When the rep arrived he explained why I wouldn't be happy with a skylight because it would be too deep a well thru the attic and would only leave a "footprint" of light.
