"Cancelled all services with Blanton as well as this well pitched Wow Service Plan. Was given a good pitch about services provided. However, after scheduling twice for services provided by service plan, only to have them cancelled and told need to reschedule. Today is was need to reschedule because they are anticipating (four days from now) a high volume of emergency calls due to cold weather and freezing temperatures. What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. So you reschedule appointments four days in advance with no actual justification or confirmation the day of of what you think might happen? Sounds more like laziness or a reason not to fulfill appointments made almost two weeks prior. Second, why have an online system that allows you to book an appointment and date but when you call to complete the appointment process, tell us that the dates that show on the calendar as “available” don’t actually mean they are available? The lady I spoke to said they are run by two different departments. Sounds like you need to update your systems and booking process that actually shows dates of availability so customers don’t waste time picking a date that isn’t actually available and waste time. Or get rid of calendar option altogether so you cannot select a date that isn’t in “real” time."

He then finally came back after begging my mom to delete her review first talking about protecting his name and ?.. here we are again with the same thing! Not fixed ! Last time he came he left our house a mess !!!!!!!! Dirt ? everywhere! The town of Warsaw asked did he go under the house and neither time did! He used an electric snake for a temporary fix !!!!!! "Mr. Ellis was hired to assemble sunroom which he only came out on a Saturday to work on. We thought he was doing ok until we found out he had cut and electric socket in half and never told us, and also left cement all over frame, windows & house from pulling up lenoleum rug he had terribly installed and we told him it was terrible. He agreed and said he would replace it. He went to a carpet store and purchased himself and never came back to install floor. He sent us a text on April 17th and said carpet came in and he would come Saturday morning @ 8am to install the carpet and never showed up or called. My husband called him twice before sending the text with no return call. We sent him a tex on April 26 with no response today. At this point, we do not care for him to return to do nothing else. He left with the carpet not finished, tools to anchor sunroom down, us having to replace socket and light on deck which was also destroyed. Also, one of roof panels he installed in wrong place. Also, the plywood he purchased and installed is already cracking up and needs replacing. Would like to get thhis finished ASAP."
