The technicians are very good. We have gone through a couple of them. They really check their employees. The price is cheaper than most.

2009:This company delivers fuel oil and also sells and services heating and air conditioning systems. They're a family-owned company that depends on word-of-mouth. They don't advertise. I first called them in December when we had just bought our house. The owner, Mark Pegram came out and did the initial inspection. (I asked him to make sure the equipment was all in shape.) He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I signed up for automatic deliveries but you can opt for only getting a delivery when you ask for it. They have several employees, all very courteous, and his wife, who works in the office, is really friendly and helpful. I love this company.
2012: Two other companies looked at my AC system and told me it needed to be replaced. The cost was $7,000-$9,000 because they said the furnace had to be replaced too. Pegram said they had a stop leak product that works well for small to medium leaks and that an older sytem like mine probably had several small leaks. This product was a great solution and only cost $183 instead of several thousand. These guys are great!!

The only reason I didn't give them an A for Professionalism is because they had one very rude man. His boss did remind him that they were in someone else's home. I honestly hope that they fired him.
