"Beware! I paid Benito?s Drywall INC to remove popcorn ceiling upstairs. My upstairs consist of two bedrooms, a bathroom hallway and stairway ceiling. Benito appeared knowledgeable, positive reviews with 35+ years of experience. The completed work is a disaster. He and the crew were on time, friendly, and worked every day until the job was finished. For the most part, Phillip is on site for the work. Clean up was great. We had three different colors going, some rotted wood to replace, and many bushes and trees that had to be worked around. The shutters were sprayed to change the color, and after that was completed and the sprayer cleaned, I found 4 more shutters in the garage that are extras. Very cordially set up again and sprayed those as well. I can highly recommend Phillip and Vice Versa Painting."

They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation."
