"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

Falcone was available for an assessment visit within a month, and was ready to work on our contract within a helpful time frame. They repaired the water damaged joists and replaced the insulation in one very busy day.The called occasionally just to check in,, arrived early for our work day, finished and cleaned. The workers called several times with updates as t hey worked. They took photos of this space that homeowners rarely ever enter. I know what work was done and how it looked on a specific date. Valuable information when your house is in a storm zone. They accepted a mailed check for payment since I was spending insurance money and needed to keep track of its dispersal."

The team that came to do the actual installation, Cameron, Evan and Onyx, were very professional and also went above and beyond (they found buried brick under the ground underneath the space). The team was fast and did a great job on the install. We really appreciate the excellent work and the overall experience."
