We are a full service well drilling, well pump, and water treatment company. We offer free pump inspections on site, and we also offer free water quality tests for the inside of the home. Currently we have 4 dedicated crews to handle service calls, well pump repairs and replacements, and new well exploration and drilling services. We install re-pressurization systems to boost water pressure and septic pumps. We also have dedicated personnel who are available 24hrs a day to handle water emergencies, for example, no water in the house, damaged or faulty pumping systems, or contaminated or hindered water supply to the premises. We do all of our work in house, and do not subcontract. We offer free estimates and inspections and there is no charge for our visit to the house. We are a family owned and operated business and pride ourselves in a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Started probing the ground to find the septic line and weren't able to find it. 15 minutes later water was coming out of the ground, come to find out they poked a hole in our water line. We tried giving the worker a call and he denied it...We had Johns Plumbing come out incurring a $600 charge. The owner Tommy came out looked at the pipe, said he make this right and reimburse. He never came back and ignores my calls and texts. The fact they did this to an elderly couple who are in their 80s with medical issues shows negligence. This experience not only highlighted their lack of responsibility but also revealed a disregard for the well-being of vulnerable individuals. It's crucial to share this to prevent others from facing similar issues."

Septic tanks naturally have bacteria that break down some of the solid waste in the septic tank. However, sludge buildup is just part of owning a septic system. While liquid wastewater can be filtered and treated through the system, a septic tank company has to pump the septic tank out at least every few years.

If your septic tank is still within its expected lifespan and you need to relocate it on your property, it's possible to do so. However, because the task is so labor-intensive and costly, most homeowners simply choose to abandon the old tank if possible and install a new system in the new location. In either case, hiring a professional installation company will be necessary for the job. 

Most submersible well pumps last eight to 15 years, depending on the quality, type, and how well they’re maintained. Lower-quality submersible pumps that are poorly maintained will not last very long, but higher-quality pumps can last 15 to 25 years (or even longer). Jet pumps last eight to 10 years.

A septic tank should be pumped once every three to five years or sooner if there’s a problem with your plumbing backing up. A large 5+ person family who frequently has guests over using the bathroom or who pours a lot of water and food down the garbage disposal may need to get it pumped closer to every two years.

There are a few signs that indicate a failing drain field. For instance, if your septic tank starts requiring more pumping than normal, your drain field might be failing. Other signs to watch for include poor drainage after rain, standing water or sewage over the septic system, a strong septic smell outside, new and healthy grass growing over the drain field, and plumbing backups in your sinks, bathtubs, or toilets.
