"They sent a very kind gentleman out to our home for an FREE estimate, and we were just blown away at the knowledge and amazing customer service we received! Top notch, they went over all their discounts, how the awning would work and look on our home. Even showed us a virtual picture of the awning on our house!!! "Jerry Dunlap returned our call within 24 hours and made an appointment within 3 days. He gave us a written estimate with the job details and then reviewed the job details with us. We put a 50% deposit down for work, after he gave us an estimated completion date of within 3 days. He came to the job site exactly when he said he would come. This job required hand wheel-barrowing 3 yards of concrete to the back porch and finishing the concrete with a brush finish. They put an expansion joint around the enclosed patio and plastic up the walls so the concrete would not make a mess on the walls. Dunlap Brothers is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work and sincerely want you to be happy with their work from estimation to installation. We love our new patio and look forward to enjoying it this summer."
