Adam came out on a Saturday morning to meet and give a quote, he was early which was great. I told him what I had in mind after listening to my ideas and taking a few measurements he suggested that we rounded the corners and adding a sitting wall. About 2 weeks later Adam sent me a text saying that his crew would be at my house the following morning at 7am. Adam and his crew arrived promptly at 7am and immediately began work. "communication with the staff was pretty lousy. But once work began everything seemed good. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."

They are extremely honest, hardworking, skilled and professional. When I had their work inspected by the County Building Department, the inspector termed their quality of work as "outstanding". After waterproofing I also had them backfill the foundation which was also performed to the same high standards. Everything was completed at a cost that was more than fair. I first contacted Sealtech because of the good reviews I had read about them, but now I'm happy to make the same kind of recommendation based on my own personal experience."
