Harold pressure washed the gutters and the front walk and all look new. A high point was our carpeted outside deck which was covered in moss - it now looks brand new! "I called GSM on Monday the 25th of July and received an appointment on the 28th of July with an approximate time between 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM.  Greg Paxton arrived at 12:00, and performed the maintenance check.  The system still heats and cools the house fine, but Greg showed where the system was drawing more amps than it should, even after the coils had been cleaned.  This system is about 20 years old and I am sure it is reaching the end of its life.  GSM has been performing the annual check up on this system fro the last 4 years or so. 

Everyone from the office to the servicemen who have come to this house have been most courteous and professional.  When I decide to replace the unit, GSM will probably get the job if they have the right system.  This current system was installed by IG Watson Heating and AC, but had went out of business. 

Four years ago,I had called GSM to see if they serviced upper Cleveland County.  Although I was not able to get an annual contract, they have come out each year when I called to inspect/service my unit.  I have been impressed with all the servicemen who have come out.  No one has tried to high pressure me to buy a new system."
