298 Scratched furniture, scratched new wood floors, damaged door frames, dented stainless steel refrigerator and dented a stainless steel freezer and broke the toe grille. Original quoted price changed (3 times). Owner/Linwood Hood was rude and obnoxious. He would not listen; repeatedly...
He showed up at the time he said he would. He had to assemble the new fixtures and hang them. The fixtures were very heavy. He did a great job. We are very satisfied.
This is a Bryant heat pump/ac unit. I'm told it was purchased and installed during a brief time when Mr. Williamson sold the company and then repurchased it. The unit looks like it was assembled by a pack of cub scouts. The electric wiring was found (by another company) to be totally faulty...

It took me about 90 days since the day I mistakenly broke the top part of the storm door screen in area to find someone but it was worth the wait. I recommend his services. He is also an electrician by trade and has done apartment and home maintenance for 5 years and can do carpentry as well. Out of everyone the site recommended he was the most polite and helpful person when communicating about my project.
