Harlan Moore did a wonderful job explaining not only how the team would encapsulate our crawlspace, but how they would do it as well. He efficiently explained all the payment options and ensured we selected the one that best fit our needs. Corey Church and his team (Tyrese Ware, Devon Plater and Gavin Grigsby) were the best. They kept me updated on the process from start to finish and I was confident I was in good hands. They found our resident black snake in the crawlspace and Corey came to the door to ask what I wanted him to do with her - and wouldn’t even show her to me until he was certain I was okay with putting eyes on her. At noon, I removed the other company from our property and called Mr. Cress. 45 minutes after the call ended, he was there. Before nightfall (unlike the 3-4 days from the other company), we had water again. Professional, meticulous, and a generally decent individual. Add in that my final bill was 60% of what the big chain company quoted (with a better warranty) and I would recommend Mr. Cress to anyone and everyone.
