I am a carpenter/general contractor of 22 years. I have won awards for my historic renovation. I started out as a trained furniture carpenter. And moved into exteriors in my twenties. I quickly found a niche job in restoring the exteriors of historic homes. I'm very patient with original materials and I like to do repairs and installations that look like they belong in place. I can offer a package of three hours of work for 150$. (In three hours I can usually install a tv and do a few other projects.)
