"I called Kreiser Electric on an early Saturday morning. Two outlets which are linked to a wall switch were not functioning. The owner (Chris) said he could rework his schedule and be there within approximately 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad switch) and then informed me that he would need to purchase one (did not have the type he needed on his truck). After a quick trip to Ace Hardware, he returned and completed the repair. The time to complete the repair from my initial call to completion was less than two hours.
