Only reservation was some details of finish painting and final clean up, but most satisfied with quality, timeliness and design of work. Added bath in 2010 was a challenge in design and construction but was well done with adjustments as needed during the project. It was done in a timely manner with all details well finished. He updated me each and every step of the process and always kept true to his word on cost, timeframe, and etc. I always felt I was in good and trustworthy hands as he and his team worked on each aspect of my garage conversion. He made sure each inspector who came for each area, mechanical, electrical, framing, insulation, and final were all handled efficiently and each one passed on the first try and I was even told by the inspector that they wished every inspection they did went as smoothly. "Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed.
