"I hired THBS to repair a foundation crack for my home that was 25 years old. The salesman, came out and gave us an estimate within a few days and we signed the contract 11/4/2022, and paid the deposit on 11/22/22. We were under the impression we would have this completed by the end of the year. The engineer requested n additional support pier, on 12/2/22 so we had to sign a new contract on 1/11/2023. . There was not a lot of communication from the company in those 2 months and most of it was initiated by me. I feel like for the amount of money we spent we should have been more in the loop. I get it that it was over the holidays, but communicate that to the customer if you have delays due to vacations and such. I spent a lot of time wondering if I made the right decision to go with THBS. Now the installation crew was AMAZING!! They arrived on time, on the correct day (2/2/23) ready to go to work. They make sure not to drive over my water/sewer lines and determined the best way to get to the work area with the least disruption to my yard. It was drizzling rain and had been raining the previous days, so my yard was a soggy, red clay mess. I watched them work like a well-oiled machine. Never saw anyone standing around not working. Josiah, Chris, Robert and Rodrigo did a great job working in the rain. I watched some of the process and they were very deliberate in explaining what they were doing and answered any questions that I had completely and professionally. I can't say enough about those guys. The only thing that I can complain about regarding the install is I didn't realize how much of a mess it would make of my yard. The weather didn't help with that, as the red clay was just a mushy, sloppy mess because of the rain. The harder these guys tried to push the dirt back in place, the more muddy it became. Not their fault-just the weather and the soil. I will recommend THBS to others."

"The experience went very well. Very professional. Punctual and kind. I believe his name was Alberto, my appointment was at 9 they called at 830 and asked if he could come about 845. Showed up was kind and courteous. He did a basketball ball court for my boys. Told me to stay clear for a couple days and he came out and took the ropes off and it was all good to go. So thank you I am a very pleased person. If anyone needs concrete work done I would say to hire AH concrete. Very reasonable pricing as well."

"Initially Great! Jason came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He shared what he would recommend to help with my structural damage / cracks and promptly sent out a report. After I made my decision to secure their services the contact  was lacking. A timeline or update would of put my mind at ease between the time they received the deposit and the actual services started. The work started and each day there was progress. Totally pleased. The final walk through: - Had a sticking door and was shown a trick to correct that by placing a rag in the door jam, the soil placed back in the ground was lumpy and full of brick/stone, brick mortar was not the right color but thought it would just lighten as it dried. A few months later...the mortar is definitely not the right color, there isn't a strap to hold down my downspouts and one of the downspouts fell off. I haven't contacted the company to correct as I will just live with the color and rig my own downspouts. The great news is I feel secure about the foundation work.

"Thank you to Rayford and his team for the great work done to encapsulate our crawl space. Work was exceptional and very happy with the results compared to what the pest companies do. During the work my HVAC return duct was accidentally ripped (like due to age and the poor shape of the crawl space). "Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Tejeda explained each step of the process as work progressed, the products being used, and why those products had been chosen. The client's approval was sought before proceeding. All workers put in extended hours each day to get the job done in a timely manner, worked hard, and kept the work area and surrounding yard and neighborhood clean and free of trash. Overall a positive experience with an honest, reliable, hardworking contractor and a crew of top quality professional craftsmen. Would hire again. Recommended to others."
