"Came home from work at 5:30 PM on Tuesday to find no hot water and the Hot Water Heater in the garage leaking badly. I turned off the gas and water valves supplying the heater. Contacted Fix It Plumbing Services at their Emergency Number as it was after business hours. The owner Neil got right back to me. He verified with me over the phone some specifications and that the unit had been securely shut down. It was my desire to replace the unit as it was over 10 years old and had recently begun making noise. Niel was at my home first thing Wednesday AM to take some measurements and speak with me. Fix It Plumbing team members were at my home Wednesday afternoon uninstalling the old Hot Water Heater. There was severe weather in the area that afternoon and I couldn't blame them if they had postponed but they were at my home working during a Tornado Warning. The new Hot Water Heater was being brought in from outside the local area so it was not available until late on Wednesday. My new Hot Water Heater was installed successfully on Thursday AM and is working as intended.

Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job.
