Windows were custom made so it took about 3 1/2 weeks to get them and then another week to get on the schedule for installation but it was worth the wait. Tony W. gave me a thorough demonstration of the products and options available and Rick P. provided answers to all my questions during the ordering and installation process. Installers were prompt, friendly and did a great job installing and cleaning up. 21 colonial style windows, installation and repairs to any dry rot was just over 10k. This total included a senior discount as the house is owned by my father but they also offered a military discount. Very pleased."
