His professionalism and dependability leading up to the work actually being done was exceptional. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Omega to any prospective customer.

Rick Pepper has an approach to managing projects that was a good fit for me. Quality first, then lowest reasonable cost. Good communications both with phone and text, Great discussions of options and prices. Cost was not an issue for me at this time, but I was told by another General Contractor that the Omega Roofing and Trim work that I'm having done was below average. The roofing has all been completed and the workers were efficient and careful to meet my needs. Some changes had to be made due to market availability, but they kept me in the loop for everything. When the Chimney covering had to be fixed, they recommended complete replacement, which I agreed to, and they did a wonderful job! Trim and gutter work is on hold due to rain, but I expect the same level of service.

Understanding that due to the pandemic getting material would take some time, but when when our siding came in all hands were on deck. Very professional crew that worked through an unexpected weather event. Work all together was top notch. Next project waiting on windows and I'm confident that I will get the same great service. Job will done!

The siding has been up since 2017. Each rain with any amount of wind some of the sidings fell off. They refused to come and repair it. Supposedly the last time they came out to look at it, they reinforced the other nails on the siding that is on the bottom sides of my house. Last night another piece fell off with no wind. The nails that were used were very cheap and will not hold up. They claimed my install warranty has run out and there is nothing they can do. It was not installed properly. Siding should last for years not fall off on a regular basis.

I have waited a long time to post this review in the hopes of allowing them, and Rick Pepper, to correct their mistakes. BE CAREFUL WHAT JOBS YOU HIRE THEM FOR. I had 3 jobs done by this company. The window install (2014) went so well, I rehired them for gutters(2016). That went well. I then hired them to install a patio roof (2016) to be later enclosed. This is where it gets tragic. Today I sit under a leaky roof. The posts used for support were not braced and twisted, the knee wall is not straight, the entire roof is not square. The worst part is that I received empty promises from Mr. Pepper via phone to rectify these issues, until one day they just quit answering my calls. I have sent messages, photos, voice mails...all to no avail. I will not ever use them again.

The customer service was great. From the time of the consultation, to the day the work began was about 2 - 3 days. It took a couple of days to complete, but my house looks terrific.

Once I was able to connect with Omega the project went smoothly. Rick Pepper was very patient, answered all of our questions, assured us the job would be done right. Quick to respond to our calls. Crew was supervised, very polite and diligently worked and got the job done in 2.5 days (cleaned up and gone). This included replacing all the sheeting. When putting the shingles on the roof they dropped them on the roof, causing a loud bang in the house. A little nerve racking for my senior mom. The finished product looks great cost was reasonable and a military discount was given. We would highly recommend Omega Roofing.

Omega Vinyl Exteriors did not live up to what there salesman Tony told us. After the siding was put up there were many problems with things done wrong. When they came out to fix the problems, they still were not fixed to my satisfaction. Tony became very rude to me and even though the work is still not complete I paid them in full even though my windows have not been caulked, my shutters are not in and I have holes in all my siding where they installed it incorrectly I have also told the supervisor Rick Pepper I do not want Tony on my property again. I can not recommend them to anyone and this is very hard because I have never written a bad review before.

Pleased with the entire process from sale to installation. Windows were custom made so it took about 3 1/2 weeks to get them and then another week to get on the schedule for installation but it was worth the wait. Tony W. gave me a thorough demonstration of the products and options available and Rick P. provided answers to all my questions during the ordering and installation process. Installers were prompt, friendly and did a great job installing and cleaning up. 21 colonial style windows, installation and repairs to any dry rot was just over 10k. This total included a senior discount as the house is owned by my father but they also offered a military discount. Very pleased.

Replaced 11 windows including a large bay window. Work was completed in 2 days and very nicely.
