A neighbor was having a new roof installed by The Remodeling Company, and our lawn was slightly damaged in the process. When I went to talk to Pauleta Price about it, she was incredibly impressive. She had the entire issue resolved within an hour. Not only is Pauleta hard-working, with a get-it-done attitude, she is incredibly friendly and made what could have been a difficult situation a pleasure. The Remodeling Company did the work promised though not as quickly as we had hoped but that was a supply issue based on the product we contracted and was a known going in. The crew was great and they cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again.

The remodeling was absolutely amazing.. They have tooken care of everything for me and got me a new roof. They was fast and clean and the communication was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All I had to pay was my deductible.

I really appreciated the work The Remodeling Company did for us. We had a lot of items we requested their work for -A new guard rail on the front porch -A new front door frame and new front door with sidelites. -A repair to the side door frame -A new gutter to replace one damaged in a storm Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, the new front door frame and front door were unavailable. They offered us three options: drop the front door and frame part of the contract, build the repairs for the front door frame on site and the job price would be lowered as compensation, or cancel the contract in its entirety. We opted to go with the second option and have the frame repair built on site. They did an amazing job with each part and we are glad we stuck with them to finalize these projects we had been hoping to get done for some time. They have wonderful customer service and are very responsive if you reach out for updates as well as taking the initiative to update you. Thank you!

They all did an excellent job especially Andy who finished up our deck sub floor and our front and side railing with all that he was going through outside the job he still managed to be very professional polite and respectful during the whole process we are so grateful to find such a wonderful company to take such good care of our home in the way that they did l would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on there home. They told us every step and completed everything ahead of schedule. It went great, we got to choose the color and everything. Told us about the products and what to expect. We weren't in their normal service area but that was never an issue, they were always on time.
