Immediately Chris was able to speak to our concerns and offer words of guidance even before he arrived promptly on site the very next day. Chris was punctual and professional right from the 1st conversation and through out. He was able to give an overview of the technical aspects of the scope of work to be performed; which helped put my engineering mind at ease. Chris took the necessary samples as I had asked and then he did even more in that he gave a full building inspection of the affected and potential areas of concern.
