"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

"We are a Church and had hired PCI to come out at give us testing on what looked like black mold. Immediately Chris was able to speak to our concerns and offer words of guidance even before he arrived promptly on site the very next day. Chris was punctual and professional right from the 1st conversation and through out. He was able to give an overview of the technical aspects of the scope of work to be performed; which helped put my engineering mind at ease. He then shared different options that were available for me to take based on the findings. As you might expect, me not being an expert in this arena, I was not as confident as I wanted to be in reviewing this report with my team; Pastor, Trustees, and Deacons. Chris made additional time to join our conference call and stepped us through; at a granular level, of what and how to take next steps. While mold testing and remediation is not something that I would want anyone else to have to endure; I absolutely would recommend People Choice Inspections to help you through your journey.
