"The salesman, Seth Brown, took his time explaining everything to us. Continually answered the many questions we had - some questions multiple times. He walked us through everything that would be done. He showed us multiple options which could work and how we could do the work in stages. He helped us prioritize what should be done first, second and so on. When it came to financing - letâ s face it - these repairs are not inexpensive - he helped us with the ins and outs of the financing getting us the best deal possible. The warranty offered transferred to the new owners when we eventually sold our home. I would use Tarheel Basement again without any hesitation. A good quality company with integrity - something thatâ s hard to find in todayâ s environment."

"I called and was quoted a $99 base price for a full system check-up. The serviceman arrived on time and did the job. He found nothing wrong and charged me exactly the quoted price. We discussed a new digital thermostat and he quoted me a price fully installed. I told him I was going to hold off on the thermostat until fall and he did not pressure me at all. Great service.

"The communication from the office was wonderful. The technician arrived late, but apologized. Did put up the fan. However, the only reason they didn’t get a five star rating as he did not ask me what size downrod I wanted and installed the longer one and I wanted the shorter one. When I asked him, he said it’s too late to change it now. However, he was courteous and kind. Just didn’t follow through on what I had asked because he said it would take too much to change it."
