HLT Construction and Maintenance

HLT built us a tractor shed and did an excellent job! We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship that was done and plan to use them in the future for another project! We would highly recommend HLT due to the incredible quality that was done on our shed project!

Finished work poor. Hired them to redo popcorn ceilings and repair what I tried to do. They made so much mess that I had to repaint the rooms they worked in (I had just painted them 3 weeks before) The finished work was poor (areas showing mesh from repair. ceilings not smooth and patchy). They were to take down light fixtures in order to get the ceiling smooth but did not and when I had new light fixture hung you can see the old ceiling. Had them to install crown molding in entire house the calking they did was poor and did not calk all seams ( I am having to do this myself and am doing a better job) hung one piece that they had cracked and did not repair or calk. Hired to paint hallway, kitchen and living room and am finding places I will have to paint where old paint is showing (it is faint but I can see it). I paid them a lot of money for a poor job. I also had them hang all new interior doors but they did not paint them had to hire someone else to do them and I am having to put a second coat . Do not hire them unless you don't care about a quality job. They also scratched and damaged my dresser in my bedroom and broke a chair and the center support of my entertainment table. I can't sue for this as this will be my word against theirs. They had no respect for any of my belongings. The contractors that installed my bathroom cabinet was able to catch the spackling they poured down the sink. I am still finding spackle where they let gobs go uncleansed I had to remove paint splatters from my kitchen counters, a chair and am still trying to get paint spots out of my kitchen sink where they rinsed the paint brushes. It has been over 6 weeks and I am still mad..
