"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. "It was alright. I used them within the month of scheduling the service. I spent another $150 in addition to the deal amount. We had some wiring done to put in some exterior outlets, they changed some exterior fixtures and installed some lights. It was our first time using them. I wouldn't use them again. He was on a phone and took a lot longer than expected. I had to go out several times to check on him. He was smoking and on his phone quite a bit."

"The main purpose for was to open up the backyard to more sun and light; and in general to spruce up the yard and grounds. David's crew did a wonderful job accomplishing exactly what we had wanted them to do. Cleaned up everything and did no damage to the sod nor the asphalt. Considering the quality of the advice from David and the results -- the price was very reasonable.
