The technicians who came out to do the work were courteous and mindful of their impact on our home. Ours was not an easy job. We needed the fan replaced in our living room which has a 20 foot ceiling. All the work had to be done on a sixteen foot ladder. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked quickly and without complaint. Finishing the job in the allotted time including programming two remote controls for the fan.
