"Great Job! Made my carpet look like I'd never thought it would again. I was surprised at how clean my carpet was. Matt did an excellent job. "Everyone involved was very polite and professional. They showed up when they said they would. The work however did take much longer than I had expected (9 days) as I only had them remove wallpaper, paint , remove carpet and put down flooring in 2 5x10 bathrooms. They also had to remove popcorn ceiling in one of the bathrooms. I think what took longer , was the fact that they had to redo and correct mistakes along the way. Perhaps if things had been done correctly the first time, it wouldn't of taken so long. They did try very hard to make things right. I will agree with other reviewers that they are more expensive as well."

"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet.
