Mr Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte is locally owned plumbing and drain company. The owner Tanya Iliev has been Charlotte resident since 2006, and is very familiar with the local business environment. As a homeowner, mother and wife she understands very well the dynamic of being a homeowner and her number one priority is leaving happy every customer. Our company adopted Tanya's high standards to serve our clients. We do put door mat to wipe our feet, we do put floor protectors on our shoes, we cover with drop sheets if the job is bigger and requires multiple in and out of the house. We cover walls and floors with plastic if the job is messy, we protect our customers property.
"The work was fine and the technician was professional. The only negative was after I got an estimate from the technician, he refused to honor the 5 percent Angie's List discount. He told my his estimate was as good as it can be based on late day service, whatever that means. The price he quoted was very reasonable and comparable to other service companies, but it was disappointing to learn he would not use the AL discount, especially since I called the number via the AL website."
