Elegant Concrete Designs

Our experience with Elegant Concrete Designs started with me leaving a voicemail with them one evening. I received a phone call back the very next morning. I put together a sketch of what we wanted for our patio and they scheduled a meeting to meet me at my house to review. Elegant Concrete Designs was 30 minutes late for our meeting. We discussed the project and received a quote for the work. After several changes to our sketch, we finalized the design and finalized the final quote. The work was scheduled for approximately one week later, however due to poor weather, the patio work was postponed several days. The work was completed in two days with excavation completed on the first day and concrete work on the second day.
The quality of the patio was great, it was exactly what we requested and the work was well done. There were a few concerns that I brought to their attention after the work was completed (loose gravel in grass, and concrete splashed on siding), however, they returned the next day to address. I was very impressed with their communication and eagerness to address the concerns I had. I highly recommend Elegant Concrete Designs.

There was a problem with the product itself.Apparently it had frozen in shipment (the job was started in the winter - which I don't recommend), and the redo went into spring. Andrew interfaced with the manufacturer and supplier, and completely redid the floor. This is a new very large residential garage. Over 1800 SF. An average 2 car garage probably 1/3 the price. All problems resolved beautifully. Andrew!

I hired Elegant Concrete Design owner Andrew Leepard in the fall of 2013. Andrew was to apply texture and acid stain on the top surface of my concrete porch. Andrew's brush and spray technique left the surface uneven, and left discoloration and air pockets in the product. After Andrew completed the work, I discussed with Andrew that his work was unacceptable. Andrew insisted for payment in full, regardless that I was unsatisfied with his finished work. Andrew assured me he would correct his mistakes by March 2014. I trusted Andrew and paid him in full. Andrew Leepard gave me two excuses for delaying to correct his work, they are listed below:
1. The top coat applied had to wear off within one to two months.
2. He explained the weather was going to be to cold to in the winter months
to reapply the product to the porch.
I contacted Andrew on numerous occasions and he re-scheduled every time. Once again: Andrew assured
me he would return and correct his mistakes on Tuesday May 20th, 2014. He failed to respond and comply.
I've called Andrew Leepard numerous times, only I get his voicemail. He's been un-responsive and non-compliant.

I contacted Elegant Concrete Designs after having trouble getting in touch with another contractor that had given me a quote. There was no delay at all on their part they were promptly to my house giving me a quote and two days later the work was done and looked great. I am so happy with the work done. The space created has added to the enjoyment of my home beyond price.

In November 2013 I was looking for someone to remove approximately 10 yards of existing driveway, install drainage pipe and pour and stamp new concrete driveway. I had 3 companies to give me an estimate prior to contacting Andrew with Elegant Concrete designs ( they had good reviews on Angie's list). He promptly came to my house to look at the job site and said he could do all the steps of the project and his estimate was less than competitors. Plus, he showed me numerous pictures of his former projects that were beautiful. He helped me to choose the design of the stamps and the color. Andrew has perfect vision when it comes to concrete designs! He said it would take them 3 days to complete the project: day one-tear old driveway, grade and install pipe; day 2- pour concrete and stamp; day 3- clean and seal. We set a date but he called me earlier and said the weather was going to get cold so he would try to get to my project earlier and he did. He and his team arrived at 8 am on the day we selected and worked non-stop every day till 9 pm. They used their cars to light the project site as it was dark at 6 pm. They stayed on the schedule and completed project in 3 days as planned. They did beautiful work and I absolutely love my new driveway!!!! These company delivers professional, high quality, beautiful work for competitive price. Will use them again and recommend to others. Thank you guy!!!!

After calling several concrete companies and either getting no response or the company just not showing up for the estimate, i contacted Elegant Concrete Designs whom i found on google.They returned my call promptly and we arranged the time for an estimate. Andrew called me the day of the estimate two hours prior to the estimate to confirm our appointment. He showed up for our appointment 10 minutes early with all of the samples,pictures and information to answer all of my questions, at that point he showed me his business license and proof of insurance. His quote was done all on site at the time of estimate via his ipad and the estimate was in my email inbox before he even left! Andrew was very thorough and explained everything in detail, my husband and i talked it over and hired Elegant Concrete the following day, we put a deposit of 50% down on the job. The work was scheduled to be completed the following week, Andrew and his guys showed up the day work was scheduled, the patio took 2 days to complete and the wall and columns were completed the following day. His crew were very respectful and did a great job cleaning up after themselves when the job was completed i would defiantly recommend this company!!
