"From the moment we inquired about services to job completion, we had a great experience working with Air Quality Concepts for our HVAC air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The owner Charles was incredibly prompt with communication and took the time to answer all our questions about the cleaning process prior to scheduling. We were so impressed by how personable, hard-working, thorough, and efficient our technicians Austin and Michael were when they cleaned our two HVAC systems. They were very attentive to the issues we have been having with our indoor air quality as we navigate mold remediation and health concerns. The company’s customer care was genuine and so appreciated, and the cost of services was very reasonable. We already feel more comfortable in our home knowing we are breathing cleaner air! I highly recommend Air Quality Concepts if you are looking to improve the air quality of your home!"

"Cleaned gutters and downspouts-great job and quick"

"“NL Cleaning Service did an amazing job in my home. They were professional, thorough, and left everything spotless. I felt so comfortable with them in my space, and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning.”"

"The owner was always cleaning more than expected!"

"I asked for a paid in full invoice and never got it. Also, they came to clean on Friday and wanted to be done by 4 oclock. They did a rush job and could have done a better job for $225 dollars. They could have done a much better job had it not been on a Friday. I heard them so well we will not be done by 4 pm. I washed my floor and it was black. Also never touched the ceiling fan, we had to clean it ourselves. I expected a better job than that."

"Troy kept a clean working area when he cleaned each vent. He was also friendly to talk."

"Absolutely amazing work. My house is perfectly clean. Thank you, Ladies! FIVE STAR"

"On time. Good communication. Very neat and cleanup of debris was complete. I will be scheduling gutter cleaning with this company regularly."

"With fairly severe allergy issues, I had to have chemical free carpet cleaning. VJ was extremely knowledgeable and competent, did a terrific job on my large area rug. He also advised me on an ozone machine that I was "misusing". I would highly recommend this very professional, intelligent gentleman for your carpet cleaning."

"I have a rental property and my guests always say how clean the house is and that is the most important thing when you are renting! She is a perfectionist and it sure seems to show!"
