At Green Steps Carpet Care, our mission is to provide clients in the Wilmington, North Carolina area with professional carpet care service in an environmentally responsible way, delivering both environmental and health benefits. We are committed to using eco-safe practices and serving you with honesty and integrity. We use a VLM (very low moisture) method that is environmentally friendly and dries very quickly. It uses non-toxic chemicals that are safe for children and pets. Our services are affordable for individuals and companies alike. Our goal is to treat every client like a friend and provide a service experience that will keep you coming back.

VJ did a beautiful job. Where it was soiled in certain spots he works very hard and got them all out. I would recommend him 100%. And the price was perfect. I even asked him to do a recliner and it looks beautiful.

The carpets looked great. Dried within 30 minutes. They were not soaked like other companies I have hired. VJ will now clean all my carpets. His natural process is amazing!

10/10 would recommend! We had some carpeted areas and two microfiber couches steam cleaned. They really seem to appreciate your business. I was quoted $295 and they ended up doing it for $195, and threw in a hallway at no extra charge. Less expensive than two other local companies I got quotes from. Super nice guys.

With fairly severe allergy issues, I had to have chemical free carpet cleaning. VJ was extremely knowledgeable and competent, did a terrific job on my large area rug. He also advised me on an ozone machine that I was "misusing". I would highly recommend this very professional, intelligent gentleman for your carpet cleaning.
