"The reviews for Joseph and his company (Newtonian's Renovations LLC) were quite positive and we were very impressed with this young man. He went to the job site and saw what had to be done. He appeared to know what needed to be finished and he assured me that the job would pass inspection. On the 10th of July the building inspection came to make an inspection. The inspection failed. The belly liner had holes that had not been repaired and the insulate floor was missing. The vapor barrier was not complete and the inspection failed. i contacted Joseph and he said he would be back the following week. (week of July 11th) Joseph has not come back and he has not returned any of my phone calls. We are at a standstill and we can not go ahead until the crawl space passes inspection. Joseph has not called us at all and we really hate to have to hire somebody else to finish this job but it has been over three weeks since the failed inspection."

"Wishing there were more stars to give to Newtonian's Renovation than the 5 offered! For their estimate for more attic insulation at our house they arrived on time and went into the attic and took photos to show my husband what we currently had and what their plan was to bring us up to the R49 level. My husband discussed with them his concerns about the baffles and the HVAC unit in the attic. This company listened and discussed w hubby what their plans were to fix any issues first so the extra insulation will do the job it is for which is to make the attic more energy efficient. When the workers came to do the job they cleaned up as they went along and let my husband know their progress and again took photos to show him what the end result looks like now. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
